The PRC team focuses is on Midwest wind plant development and expanding the
Minnesota Windshare program.
Minnesota
WindShare is an
innovative project ownership opportunity for local landowners and small
businesses.
Development work includes:
- FEASIBILITY STUDY planning and completion
for large-scale wind power plants as well as single turbine
installations. This includes everything necessary to establish that a
project is financeable, such as wind assessments, regulatory review,
legal review, and economic modeling.
- PROJECT PLANNING for all sizes of wind
power plants. This includes scheduling all necessary tasks and
responsible parties for the completion of the project, including
utility arrangements, permitting, construction and operation and
maintenance.
- EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT
& CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. This includes issuing and
evaluating RFP's, conducting contract negotiations, and managing all
construction activities from financial closing to project
commissioning.
- ONGOING
PROJECT PERFORMANCE MONITORING. This includes
numerous forms of ongoing customer support, such as plant performance
monitoring & evaluation, and management of regulatory &
administrative issues.
